If you choose to use AI receipt scanning, SavoLife sends your receipt image and related app context to SavoLife servers and third-party AI service providers to extract transaction details.

Related app context may include category names, tag names, store names, source names, and other labels you have created in the app. This helps the AI receipt scanning feature match extracted receipt details to your existing records.

AI receipt scanning is optional. You can choose not to use this feature and continue using manual expense tracking features.

Before your first AI receipt scan, the app asks for your explicit consent before sending receipt images or related app context to third-party AI service providers.

SavoLife uses receipt images and related app context only to provide the receipt scanning feature. SavoLife does not sell your personal information and does not use receipt images for advertising or tracking.

SavoLife does not intentionally store uploaded receipt images on our backend after the scan request is completed, unless retention is required for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or troubleshooting requested by you.
